Heartland RV Launches New Inventory & Digital Retailing Experience in Partnership with Rollick and U.S. Bank

Heartland RV is excited to announce the rollout of our new Inventory and Digital Retailing solution in partnership with Rollick and U.S. Bank. Rollick, our primary lead management provider, powers the Aimbase platform from which you receive leads. If you are not receiving leads through Aimbase, don’t have an account, or have additional questions or support needs from the Rollick team, please reach out here: dealerops@rollick.io.

This program aims to increase sales by providing higher-quality, inventory-specific leads to your dealership while delivering the most modern, seamless experience possible for customers currently in the market for an RV. Rollick's Digital Retailing tool is designed to drive new loan applications for your dealership through the “Get Approved” component. There is no cost to you! Heartland RV fully sponsors this program, which is available to all dealers! 

 Over the next few weeks, we will provide detailed information about the enrollment process to ensure you fully benefit from the program. Our solution partner, Rollick, will actively support the program and contribute to your dealership's success as we integrate your operations. Your inventory will be published on the Heartland RV website in the Fall of 2024.

What is the Heartland RV Inventory Program?

We’re excited to launch the new Inventory Marketing and Digital Retailing program for all Heartland RV Dealers! This program is designed to market your dealership’s inventory on the Heartland RV revamped website. We are partnering with Rollick on this program to help increase your sales by providing higher-quality inventory-specific leads to your dealership and a modernized lead experience through Rollick’s Digital Retailing technology (RollickDR). 

Does this program cost me anything?

This program is fully sponsored by Heartland RV at no cost to you as the dealer! Additionally, your dealership must adhere to MAP pricing to participate fully in the program. 

When does the Heartland RV Inventory Program start?

Your inventory will start to be published after you complete the simple enrollment and setup process in the Fall of 2024 on the enhanced Heartland RV website. Please ensure your inventory is as up-to-date as possible to accurately represent what you have available to your customers. 

How will my inventory be used for the Heartland RV website?

When a customer enters the inventory experience on the Heartland RV website, they will be able to select the year, make, and model that matches an active inventory item; for Heartland RV, that will be within a 250-mile radius and then a 500-mile radius, the customer will then see your dealership’s inventory and will have options to submit a lead request that will be routed to you through your current system. 

How will my inventory be accessed through this program?

Direct Inventory Feed from a Pre-Approved Web Provider: Rollick will set up a direct feed with your website provider to update your Heartland RV website inventory daily. (Link to enrollment form.) Dealer-Provided Inventory Feed: If you do not have a pre-approved web provider, you can still provide your inventory for the program through Rollick. This is done through a formatted Rollick FTP process. Complete the enrollment process normally, and the Rollick dealer support team will reach out to support you and discuss the next steps.  

What if I’m not a U.S. Bank dealer?

This program is open to all dealers, and you will still have your inventory displayed on the Heartland RV brand websites. You will receive leads in the form of: Request A Quote Schedule, Appointment, Calculate Payment.

With this program do I have to use U.S. Bank as the financing provider?

No, customers may submit a loan application, but your dealership is not required to place the loan with U.S. Bank. 

If I am U.S. Bank dealer, what do I need to do once a U.S. Bank “Get Approved” lead is submitted?

You don’t need to do anything differently; when a consumer applies through our Digital Retailing experience with U.S. Bank, they will receive all the communication from U.S. Bank, including messaging that says if they are approved for financing for this unit and if so, will be provided with an approval code they will bring you to process them from there. You will receive the notification for the new loan application through your U.S. Bank portal as you would normally.
